About me
Born and raised in a village in Salzburg gave me a down to earth and natural approach on how the world works. Heading out to the world gave me the global, zoomed out perspective and made me realize how colourful, multilayered and challenging life can be. And it made me curious to get to the bottom of why do we think like we do and do like we do.
With professional foundation of marketing and sales I gained leadership experience in the financial services and health industry.
In my life I've not only seen success but failure and misery. Getting up and back in the sattle each time made me more aware and resilient.

My Work
I do deeply believe in human potential and the individual's capability to transform beyond any apparent limit. In my work with managers and leaders around the world, inclusion is a core value guiding my work in the sense that one needs to include the whole variety of being (challenges, strengths, shadows, personal as well as business realities) to be able to tap into holistic and therefore sustainable development.
My personal motivation comes from these moments, when training participants or coachees leave a session with the relieving feeling that they are truly understood as well as a personal finding they gained.
